Minute (′ or m) is also a unit of angular measure used in astronomy. Astronomers divide the equator into 24 hours instead of 360 degrees and measure the right ascension in unit of time. This makes 1 minute of right ascension equal to 15 arcminutes.

Flat is an infromal unit of angle measure equal to the angle of the equilateral triangle (60 degrees), or one sextant (1/6 circle). For example a hex nut have 6 flat sides. So to turn the nut "one flat" is to turn it 1/6 revolution.
