Exabit is confused with exbibit which is defined as 1024 pebibits. The difference between them is that exabit is a power of 10 number and exbibit power of 2.

Zettabyte (ZB) is a unit of information equal to 10007 bytes, defined by International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in December 1998. However, when referred to main memory or RAM capacity ZB is equal to 10247 bytes, but this should now be called a zebibyte.
